no insurance/CASH PAY

If you have a high deductible insurance and you wish to be treated as a no insurance (cash pay) patient for the office visit (not necessarily for shots), that is fine with us. You MUST tell us when you are setting up your appointment and we will NOT bill your insurance company for the office visit. If you do this BEFORE we bill your insurance company, we can offer you our cash discount (which usually is cheaper for you and easier for us). Paying for vaccinations/shots can be VERY tricky when dealing with an insurance which has a deductible or limited well care and the cash discount price may NOT apply to you. If you have questions, it is best to call your insurance company AND call us before you make your appointment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash.

We are happy to see patients who do not have insurance. While it is often more difficult to take care of patients without insurance, we understand and enjoy the challenge. We can get excellent prices on laboratory tests through an arrangement with one of the local laboratories, IF you pay us the day we order the labs. We can discuss the prices of the medicines you may need, sometimes trading cost for convenience. By the way, Walmart usually has the best prices for medicines if you don't have insurance! Costco and Sam's Club also have great prices and you do NOT have to be a member to utilize their pharmacy.

Our cash discount prices are as follows:

New patient (no shots or procedures) $115

New patient (with shots or procedures) $135

Established patient (no shots or procedures) $70

Established patient (with shots or procedures) $90

PRICE INCREASE STARTING

OCTOBER 1 ,2014

We will be increasing our cash discount price for patients without insurance (or those who do not wish us to bill their insurance, such as patients with high deductibles).

For established patients, a simple visit without shots or procedures will continue to be $70. A well check up with shots or procedures will increase from $85 to $90 for established patients. For new patients, even if you are an established family, the prices will increase to $115 (simple visit without shots or procedures) and $135 (well check up with shots or procedures. Shot only visits will increase from $15 to $20. This cash discount is only available for patients who pay in full at the time of service.
